Our favourite Christchurch restaurant. Superb classical cuisine prepared with passion by chef Bono Beeler.

Before setteling in Christchurch, Bono lived in Switzerland, traning and working as a chef, while also travelling extensivly through France and southern Europe. We have eaten there a number of times and as comments of other diners show (below) the food, athmosphere and service was just superb. Le Pot-Au-Feu is on the top of our list to show visitors to Chrischurch.

Bono's philosophy: "I serve true classical cuisine with a side order of modern ingenuity; drizzeled with a lot of love, including hints of passion and enthusiasm. I'm not going to tell you how great my food is, this you have to find out yourselves."
